Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds Returns are permitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment. If there are no damages to the product and its original packaging remains intact, we will do our best to fulfill your request.
*Note: PRAGMA COFFEE will need to authorize all return requests before their return to us.
* Upon receipt of your purchase, please ensure that your product is in good condition. If not, please notify us immediately. To begin the process of your return, please contact us at clement@pragmacoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. We will follow up with details based on your order. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit for the merchandise value will be applied to your original method of payment.
**Damaged Items** If there is any damage to the product packaging or contents of your delivery, please contact us immediately at clement@pragmacoffee.com. Send your order number, a photo of the damaged goods, and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to send you a replacement in accordance with our terms and conditions.
